Booking
A booking is confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the package price. Full payment is due 45 days before departure.
Cancellation
Cancellations 45+ days before departure: deposit forfeited. 44–15 days: 50% of package. Under 15 days: 100%. Visa fees are refundable only if the application is refused.
Travel documents
Passports must be valid for 6 months beyond travel dates with at least 2 blank pages. It is the pilgrim's responsibility to ensure documents are in order.
Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory for all pilgrims and is included in Premium and above packages.
Liability
Qibla Treks acts as an agent for airlines, hotels and service providers and is not liable for any loss, injury or delay caused by them, force majeure, or acts of God.
Conduct
Pilgrims are expected to observe the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the etiquette of the Haramain at all times.
